Basic Pest Control for residences begins at $125 for one-time inside and outside treatment.

Roach control services $200 for one-time treatment

One time dusting of attic included for silverfish (by request only)

Services are offered in several ways: One Time Service, Monthly Service, or Quarterly Service and are available by appointment Monday-Saturday. Discounts are available for signing up for monthly or quarterly services (no written contract). (Residential quarterly services $75-85 depending on size of residence.)

Residential services available include basic pest control, specialized pest control, and termite control.

*Optional Termite Control warranty is available at a fixed yearly rate renewable for up to 10 years*
